• Member of the ADAA
• Registered or certified to practice
• Shows dedication to continuing education and improvement to the Dental Assisting profession
• Experience in writing and/or speaking
• Email/Internet Access (Award will be announced via the web)

Who May Make Nominations?

The candidate may be nominated by a 3 rd party, or through self nomination.

What will the winner receive?

• $5,000 cash award
